LDPE FILM→belt conveyor →forced feeder→mother granulator →first filter →baby granulator→second filter →cooling tank →pelletizing system →air transmission→silo storage
Double Stage LDPE film Pelletizing Machine Detail
As special design, LDPE HDPE film is conveyed into the forced feeder by belt, the conveyor is automated, when the feeder is full, the conveyor will stop, and work again when the feeder is empty.
There is one screw to pressue the material into the screw to improve feeding efficiency. And the feeder is cooperate with the conveyor to work, so the whole line is automated.
We have more than 20 years of experience in screw designing, because there are enough customer cases, plastic are processed by the good screw, the machine can be worked with good balance of plastic plasticization and production, for wet material , the machine is equipped with good degassing system.
In water-ring cutting system, the rotary blades will be closely to the die-face surface to ensure efficient cutting. the speed of the blades is automatically adjusted by inverter according to actual working condition.
Vertical centrifugal dehydrator rotates at high speed to get rid of excess water with low energy consumption, high efficiency.
The vibration machine is used for vibrating and drying different size of granules, It can make the pellets more uniform and more attractive.
The finished granules will be blown into the tank by the high pressure fan, it will be greatly reduce the labor, it is more convient.
