1. The connecting components of the electric motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, machine head, tail, and other parts must be complete, intact, and securely fastened. The reducer and hydraulic coupling should have no oil leakage or seepage, and the oil level should be appropriate.
2. The signal must be sensitive and reliable, and it cannot be turned on without a signal. The spray sprinkler shall be in good condition.
3. Power cables and operating wires must be hung neatly without any squeezing phenomenon;
4. Coal, gangue, debris, and coal dust from electric motors and reducers near the machine head must be cleaned and cleared;
5. The overlap between the head of the scraper conveyor on the working face and the tail of the transfer machine should be appropriate;
6. The scraper chain plate is crucial and appropriate, and the scraper and screws must be fully tightened;
7. The traveling trolley of the reprinting machine must be stable and reliable;
8. When the transfer machine is started under the condition of the bridge body, the operation of each part shall be free of abnormal sound, and the scraper, chain, and connecting ring shall be free of torsion, Fried Dough Twists, and bending deformation;
9. The crusher and the roadway support at the crusher must be intact and firm.
10. The safety protection net and protective device of the crusher should ensure that they do not deform or fail, and are safe and reliable;
11. The roadway support at the transfer machine and crusher must be intact and firm.
