Operating Procedures For Plastic Crushers

General provisions
Article 1: Drivers of loaders and crushers must undergo training to achieve the "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles) and "four abilities" (understanding use, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting), pass the training and examination, and obtain a certificate of qualification before being allowed to operate on duty.
Article 2: Work closely with the scraper conveyor driver on the working face and the conveyor belt driver in the transport lane, unify signal communication, and start and stop in sequence. When large pieces of coal and gangue accumulate and overflow at the feed inlet of the crusher, the operation of the scraper conveyor should be stopped. If large pieces of coal or gangue cannot enter the crusher or if there are metal objects, the machine must be stopped for processing.

1. Tools: wrench, pliers, screwdriver, hammer, shovel, etc;
2. Necessary spare parts and accessories: various short-circuit chains, chain links, bolts, nuts, safety pins for crushers, etc;
