Operating Instructions For Plastic Mixer

1. Before use, an air freight test should be conducted
2. Air freight conversion test machine. Large plastic vertical mixers can only be put into production if no abnormal noise, high temperature of bearing gears, or direct temperature rise of reducers are found. Before testing the machine, the firmness of all connecting parts of the large plastic vertical mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer, and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked first. Then, the main switch should be closed, the power supply should be turned on, and the machine should be tested by air transportation.
3. If it is necessary to scrape the material inside the bucket wall of the scraper during operation, bamboo and wooden tools should be used, and hands should not be used to avoid hand injury accidents.
If abnormal vibrations or strange noises are found during use, the large plastic vertical mixer should be immediately stopped for a comprehensive inspection.
5. Do not use excessive load, usually measured by the load of the motor. When using a 380V motor to mix plastic, the heavy load current should not exceed 6 amperes, which is normal. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be immediately reduced.
6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastic. The outer gears of the large mixing drum should have square holes at both ends, which should be unobstructed. Do not block the large plastic vertical mixer, so as not to exert reverse pressure and allow dirt to seep into the shaft, causing the material in the large drum to turn black and deteriorate.
7. Management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure, and operating principles of large plastic vertical mixers. During operation, it is not allowed to leave the work site to prevent mechanical damage caused by malfunctions, in order to ensure safe production.
8. Turn on the power, open the cover of the color mixer, hold down the safety protection switch with your hand, and then press the green start switch. Pay attention to the direction of the motor rotation (clockwise rotation). If the direction is reversed, press the red switch to stop the machine and turn off the power. Swap the positions of any two live wires to connect them.
9. After confirming that the motor direction is correct, it can be put into production normally. Please set the time according to the required mixing time for different materials (the timer can be adjusted from 0 to 30 minutes) before production use.
